Core Competency Programme

Refine your command of the core skills that enable high-performance as a chief of staff.

Overview

The Core Competency Programme forms the cornerstone of CSA’s educational offerings, equipping participants with essential skills critical to the chief of staff role.

Duration: Ten months, with new modules open each month.

Structure: Complete one module per month online, with interactive questions and a final capstone project.

Eligibility: Programme is included in membership fees.

Commitment: Approximately four hours per week with a total of forty hours of learning.

Assessment: Assignments are submitted at the end of each module drawing on lessons learned from the content.

Learning Format

The subjects of the programme are tailored for the chief of staff role and led by world-class subject matter experts.
